The Board of Commissioners meets the second Wednesday of each month with the exception of July and August.
All meetings are held at 12:00 noon at the THA Administration Building, 875 New Willow Street, Trenton, NJ 08638.

Complete your pre-application
During this phase, we confirm your eligibility with a series of background questions so we can place you on the list for one of our communities.
Complete your full application
When you are at the top of the housing list, we work with you to confirm all HUD and THA eligibility factors. All adult family members living in household must complete personal declaration and information release forms. Then you get to meet with THA staff to review, finalize and sign your application. Once you’re approved, we can schedule your move in!
