Free One-Stop Expungement Event – Registration Now Open

The Trenton Housing Authority is pleased to share this valuable opportunity for individuals seeking assistance with expungement. On Thursday, June 26, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, the Trenton NAACP and community partners will host a comprehensive expungement clinic at Mercer County Community College’s James Kearney Campus.
Key agencies including the NJ Office of the Public Defender, the Mercer County Prosecutor’s Office, and the NJ Judiciary will be on-site to assist eligible individuals with the expungement process—all in one location.
Job-ready employers will also be present and conducting on-site hiring. This event is free and open to the public. Register now to reserve your spot!

  • Names and dates of birth of all family members to live in household

The Application Process

Complete your pre-application

During this phase, we confirm your eligibility with a series of background questions so we can place you on the list for one of our communities.

Complete your full application

When you are at the top of the housing list, we work with you to confirm all HUD and THA eligibility factors. All adult family members living in household must complete personal declaration and information release forms. Then you get to meet with THA staff to review, finalize and sign your application. Once you’re approved, we can schedule your move in!
