As Chief of Staff at the Trenton Housing Authority, she leverages her expertise in leadership, employee relations, compliance and HR strategy to drive operational excellence, strengthen workforce engagement, and foster a collaborative workplace culture rooted in integrity and accountability.

 

Beverly holds an MBA in Strategic Leadership & Business Analytics from Rutgers University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Howard University. Her professional journey includes key leadership roles at Amtrak, where she excelled in human resources, account management, business analytics, and operations management. She has a proven track record of implementing innovative strategies that optimize performance, enhance customer satisfaction, and elevate employee engagement.

 

In addition to her leadership in public service, Beverly has demonstrated her entrepreneurial acumen as the founder of B. Legacy Co., a brand focused on empowering individuals and families through real estate education and generational wealth-building. This entrepreneurial experience continues to inform her collaborative approach to leadership—bridging community development, organizational culture, and sustainable growth.

The Application Process

Complete your pre-application

During this phase, we confirm your eligibility with a series of background questions so we can place you on the list for one of our communities.

Complete your full application

When you are at the top of the housing list, we work with you to confirm all HUD and THA eligibility factors. All adult family members living in household must complete personal declaration and information release forms. Then you get to meet with THA staff to review, finalize and sign your application. Once you’re approved, we can schedule your move in!
