The Office of Procurement and Contracts is responsible for the acquisition of all goods and services for the Trenton Housing Authority.  It is the mission of the Office of Procurement and Contracts to provide control over the Housing Authority's procurement process by executing effective, efficient and uniform methodologies that ensure compliance with all federal and state regulatory requirements. The Office of Procurement and Contracts promotes competition in all solicitations and encourages participation from Minority and Women-owned Business Enterprises (MBE/WBE), Section 3 and Resident-owned Businesses.
